What you’re like
A senior, highly experienced and capable consulting leader, you will have honed your capability as part of a large or medium Consulting or Professional Services firm. You are ready for the next chapter, to operate on a different platform and a progressive business model, in a flat management structure and a collaborative team environment, with long term income potential.
You will be central to leading business strategy development, growing company capability and delivering results of exceptional quality for our clients.
Importantly, you will have well developed existing networks and enjoy building business and maintaining relationships with key clients. Our senior team members take accountability for securing ongoing work as well as leading and delivering consulting engagements. Contribution to the development of product and thought leadership is key, as is taking an active role in developing, guiding and mentoring Brooke consultants.
Holding a current Security Clearance at Baseline or NV1 level is an advantage; at a minimum you must be able to obtain such a clearance.

As well as demonstrated experience in business development, we would expect high levels of proficiency in core management consulting skills such as:

We are looking for people who can lead and manage complex assignments and teams, showing leadership for others to replicate that inspires and develops the team. You need high levels of awareness of business concepts, and know how to integrate these into a vision for an organisation.
