What you’re like
A management consultant with 2 to 5 years’ consulting experience, you have developed your capability as part of a large or medium Consulting or Professional Services firm. You are ready for the next chapter, to operate on a different platform and a progressive business model, in a flat management structure and a collaborative team environment, with long term income potential.
You are self-motivated, take ownership and responsibility for growing both your own personal capability and the growth and development of the company. You will be contribute to business strategy development, growing company capability and delivering results of exceptional quality for our clients.
You have the ability to develop professional networks and maintain relationships with key clients. You take accountability for analysis of the situation, developing hypotheses and working with clients to develop solutions in accordance with Brooke’s quality standards. You will contribute to the development of Brooke product offerings and thought leadership.
Holding a current Security Clearance at Baseline or Negative Vetting 1 level is an advantage; at a minimum, you must be able to obtain such a clearance.

This role will give you the opportunity to work with individuals who have experience and skills that you can leverage, in a collaborative environment that underpins the success of the Group.
