Insights for Impact - Harnessing AI to serve the public better

We’ve developed two short, local demonstrations on how Brooke is harnessing AI to serve the public better, showcasing how Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities can vastly improve efficiency and accuracy for public sector entities.

The first demonstration on Case Classification shows automated classification of an unstructured email into a case file, by extracting context from content, helping to speed up the work of case agents in this scenario.

The second uses Einstein Copilot and Prompt Builder to surface data from relevant cases and provide next best action recommendations to help Identify patterns and systemic issues, helping to improve productivity of public sector staff.
