Brooke continues to expand and take on the management consulting industry, announcing four senior appointments. Richard Hodge, Leeann Willson, Brett Ackroyd and Peter Sidman join Brooke as Partners and bring to the business significant expertise, experience and skills to help bolster the business’s capability and service offering.
These appointments come at a time when Brooke is experiencing rapid growth, both in Australia and overseas. Since inception, the business has won further contracts in the public and private sector, including the National Health and Medical Research Council, and several engagements for the Department of Defence.
Richard Hodge and Leeann Willson are both operational management experts and each bring to Brooke more than 25 years’ experience in operations, analysis, project delivery and strategic planning. Richard’s experience spans defence, national security, aviation, transport, infrastructure, ICT and health. Leeann’s experience spans government, banking and insurance.
Brett Ackroyd is a highly experienced consultant and advisor, specialising in government and commercial procurement, contracting, tendering and negotiations. Brett brings to Brooke the capacity to solve complex technical, commercial/contractual and legal issues.
Peter Sidman is a highly experienced project management and delivery expert. He has previously specialised in stakeholder management and engagement, as well as the planning and delivery of reform actions.
Brooke’s Founder and Managing Director, Lester Doecke, said the company is on a rapid growth trajectory, and that it is timely for the business to recruit such experienced experts in their respective fields, strengthening the company’s delivery capability.
“I am delighted to welcome such incredible and senior talent to Brooke as we bolster our capability to deliver on our brand promise, and ensure the delivery of outstanding results to our client.”
“All four executives are held in high regard by their peers and former colleagues. Their skills and experience significantly strengthen Brooke’s leadership team and consulting offering,” Mr Doecke said.
“These appointments demonstrate Brooke’s commitment to being the consulting firm that Australian organisations want to work with, because of our unique capability and approach to addressing their most complex problems. These appointments are vital as Brooke continues to navigate national and international market growth.”
