Axicom is Australia’s leading provider of independently owned wireless infrastructure. They own, operate and manage a portfolio of approximately 2000 towers in Australia, substantially covering the Australian population. Axicom’s core business is to provide Australia-wide tower and rooftop sites for wireless communication, supporting your wireless world.
Axicom wanted to improve their customer experience by implementing a streamlined customer portal. They needed a technical solution, but they also recognized the challenges they would face of delivering a technical solution without experienced change professionals on hand to provide advice as the transition occurred.
Brooke worked collaboratively with Axicom to design, build and deliver the technical solution and manage the transition of internal and external customers to the new environment. The solution provided our client with a digital capability that made it easier for their staff to deliver work by reducing the manual workload required and provided customers with a significantly improved experience that has resulted in increased satisfaction and trust.
